An accident in the Negative Zone has brought Captain Marvel through time to the present day, where he must deal with his impending death, as well as those newfangled flying machines and the internets. Captain Marvel #1 is written by Brian Reed (New Avengers, Ms. Marvel), with pencils by Lee Weeks (Daredevil, Spider-Man: Death and Destiny), Stefano Gaudiano on inks and coloring by Jason Keith.
