Nightwing movie in development
Comics 2 Film has regaled the internets with a tale of intrigue and commerce. Well, its intriguing because of the commerce.
Apparently an "assistant" was sent to snatch up as many Nightwing graphic novels as they could find, as apparently there's some interest in a Nightwing movie. Personally, I don't know that this could work. All the extra characters really only work if Batman is around. Obviously, there are some exceptions (Joker), but Batman is the reason for most of the characters in the story. Nightwing is a perfect example of this, as he was trained by an older Bruce Wayne himself.
So, for now this has to be filed in the rumor category. But knowing Hollywood, it wouldn't surprise me if they went ahead with this movie, regardless of the opinions.
