Quaid and Tatum go Joe

Well, Variety went ahead and confirmed some of the casting for the upcoming G.I. Joe film. Channing Tatum has been confirmed as Duke, which is fine by me. He has the look and grit to be able to pull it off (although Mark Wahlberg as Duke would've been completely badass). The other casting news? Dennis Quaid. Quaid has been cast as General Hawk. Filming is slated to begin next month in LA, with an anticipated release date of August 7, 2009. Quaid and Tatum confirmed for Joe
