Mouse Guard: Winter 1152 is a bestseller

It's always impressive to get a book of yours on the NY Times bestseller list. But what if I were to tell you (a graphic novelist) that your graphic novel could be on the list as well? Is that something you'd be interested in? I thought so. David Petersen's Mouse Guard: Winter 1152 from Archaia Studios has debuted at #4 on said list. “I am amazed and honored that Mouse Guard Vol. 2: Winter 1152 even made a list like The New York Times Best Sellers,” said Petersen. “I’m already proud of the work I did on this book, so to see the fans are eager to read it only makes the whole experience more fulfilling and I thank them for that!” The idea behind Mouse Guard is a colony of mice are struggling to survive in a medieval era. That's really the only strange thing about the story, because the mice colony is living the same medieval age that humans are living. Only thing is, there are no humans here. Intriguing. If you're intrigued by Mouse Guard: Winter 1152, but feel like you need to get back to the beginning as opposed to just jumping in, Archaia Studios has some other books in the series to check out, including Mouse Guard Vol. 1: Fall 1152 and Mouse Guard Roleplaying Game. I'm going to hazard a guess and expect spring and summer incarnations will be available in the near future, so keep your ears perked if you're into the series.
