The Sword's finale
The Sword from Image Comics is a critically acclaimed series that, like so many other good series, must come to an end. This series will end with The Sword #24, a 40-page issue for $4.99.
Writer Joshua Luna added: "This is the ending we've been keeping a secret and dying to reveal since this series' conception, so we cannot wait until readers get their hands on it."
The Sword #24 finishes the story of Dara Brighton, a young woman who witnesses the murder of her family at the hands of three elemental beings. Those beings are after a sword in her father's possession and, afterwards, somehow Dara ends up with the sword, giving her crazy insane powers. The issue hits stores May 12.
