Archaia Comics June Solicits

Archaia's got some big stuff shipping this June, with three comics you DEFINITELY need to take a look at. The first of the three is The Secret History: Games of Chance #1, written by Jean-Pierre Pécau and illustrated by Damien. The 48 pager features Pandora. Not the one where you can obtain Unobtainium. The one where the great game of the Archons and their House have fallen into a bit of a slumber after World War II. Pandora longs to discover the truths behind her mother's death and falls in with a professional gambler named Chance to do so.

Cyclops #6 is written by Matz and illustrated by Jamin de Meyere and features the soldiers in Douglas' unit asking questions about the legitimacy of their mission. Questions inevitably lead to answers and in this issue you can be sure that Douglas and co. will learn more about their employers than they probably should (or wanted to) know in the first place.

Finally, Old City Blues is a graphic novel hardcover that comes in at 120 pages. It's written and illustrated by Giannis Milonogiannis and takes place in 2048 Southeastern Europe. New Athens is built on the ruins of the country formerly known as Greece where mech smugglers and drug dealers coexist alongside corrupt politicians and corporations. It's up to Solano, Thermidor and the rest of the New Athens Special Police to keep the city in order.
