The Walking Dead Webisodes Coming Soon

Don't kid yourself--you're excited for The Walking Dead to return to AMC. The first episode of the new season debuts October 16 as a nice capper to what will surely be a grand NYCC. That's still so long away and viewers need something to fill the void. How do webisodes sound? Does that sound like something that may interest you?

Launching on Monday, October 3 at 2 PM will be the first of six webisodes on AMC's website. Not only that, but all six webisodes will debut at once on October 3.

The webisodes will give fans the opportunity to explore the back story of Hannah, the infamous "bicycle girl" zombie from the first season. She met her end at the hands of Rick Grimes in the pilot episode, but gained a following in her short time as a zombie. In the series, fans will learn of her life before the apocalypse, her struggle to survive and protect her family as the world begins to fall apart, and her ultimate demise into zombie-hood.

Full details after the jump.
